Meet sarah
Unbound was created from a simple belief: movement should feel good, and everyone deserves a place where they feel supported while doing it.
After years of exploring different styles of movement and teaching, Sarah wanted to build a space that blended strength, mobility, fun, and community — without the intimidation often found in traditional gyms.
Today, Unbound continues to grow as a place where people can move, laugh, challenge themselves, and feel genuinely welcomed.
We know what it feels like to be new. To walk into a studio filled with unfamiliar faces. We see you and we are so glad you are here. Our community is incredibly loving and supportive. We remember each other, we notice when someone is missing, and we care about what is going on in your world off the mat.
